Thank you for choosing our product. At www.seemoonebike.com, we pride ourselves on providing quality products and exceptional service to our valued customers. To ensure your satisfaction, we are proud to offer this limited warranty (the "Warranty") on all products (the "Products") purchased in the United States.
This warranty is provided free of charge by Seemoon Electric Bikes to give you greater peace of mind and added peace of mind when purchasing our products. Please note that this warranty is not in addition to and does not affect your legal rights as a purchaser of the product, which may vary from state to state in the United States. Rest assured that this warranty is an additional benefit and is in addition to any statutory rights you may have.
We strongly recommend that you carefully read the manuals included with each product before your first ride. These manuals contain important safety information and basic details about the assembly, proper use, and maintenance of your Seemoon bike. For easier use and to enhance your overall experience, we recommend that you register your Seemoon bike on www.seemoonebike.com when you purchase it. While registration is not mandatory to enjoy this warranty, registration helps us provide you with better service and support in the future.
Seemoon warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a limited time from the date of original retail purchase when used in accordance with our published guidelines, as described in the following sections. Guidelines cover technical specifications, important information in user manuals and service communications. "Original retail purchase" means the first purchase of the product from an authorized Seemoon retailer or directly from Seemoon. In addition, some of this warranty may provide coverage that is transferable to subsequent owners, subject to the following terms and conditions.
Products Covered
I. Original Retail Purchaser Warranty:
1. Seemoon Branded Frames and Electronic Components: Seemoon warrants or replaces frames and electronic controllers to the original retail purchaser at no charge for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. The electronic components of Seemoon e-bikes include batteries, motors, sensors, and controllers. Certain models are warranted for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase for these components.
2. Original Defect Warranty: Seemoon provides free warranty for parts or equipment failure or damage that affects use discovered within 15 days of receipt, and Seemoon will provide reimbursement support up to $75.00 based on actual bills if Seemoon assesses that maintenance warranty is required at a repair shop. This warranty does not include paint and graphics.
3. Other Warranties: Seemoon provides free warranty or replacement service for failures, parts or equipment damage that affects use discovered within 15 days of receipt. This warranty does not include paint and graphics.
II. Subsequent Owner Warranty:
If you are a subsequent owner, i.e., the second or subsequent owner, and not the original retail purchaser, the following warranties apply:
1. Seemoon branded frames and electronic components: Seemoon provides free warranty or replacement service for frames and electronic controllers for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase for new owners who provide the original purchaser's name and original order number. For new owners who cannot provide the original purchaser's name and original order number, Seemoon provides warranty service and free technical support. The electronic components of the Seemoon electric bike include batteries, motors, sensors and controllers.
2. Other warranties: Seemoon provides warranty services and free technical support.
Please note:
• If your electric bike requires maintenance or repairs, please contact Seemoon after-sales team for professional support. Please note that unauthorized repairs may void the warranty and Seemoon will no longer be able to provide warranty services.
• Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, modifications, or failure to follow the maintenance guidelines provided in the user manual.
• Warranty claims should be initiated by contacting our customer service team and providing proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
• Battery evaluation and battery problem detection are only supported by Seemoon or Seemoon authorized marketers.

Subsequent owner conditions
Yes. The warranty period is always calculated from the original retail purchase date, and Seemoon needs to be able to determine the original purchase time and place of the product. Proof of purchase should be obtained from the original owner or the authorized Seemoon retailer that sold the product.
Warranty Terms
1. Proof of Purchase: To obtain service under this warranty, you must present Seemoon with the original retail proof of purchase (date required). This requirement applies to both the original retail purchaser and subsequent owners. We kindly ask that you retain this proof of purchase and provide it when seeking warranty service.
2. Warranty Limitation: Seemoon reserves the right to limit warranty service to the country of original purchase of the product. Warranty claims will be processed in accordance with the applicable warranty policy of the respective country.
3. Warranty Coverage: During the warranty period, Seemoon will provide one of the following options:
• Repair: We will repair the product to restore its original functionality.
• Replacement: Seemoon may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement of the same or similar product. Due to limited inventory, identical replacement parts or colors may not be available at all times.
4. Return of Replaced Product: In the event of a replacement, the product must be returned to Seemoon before it is replaced, unless Seemoon agrees otherwise in writing. Rest assured that you will not incur any costs to send the product back to seemoon or receive a replacement product during the warranty period.
Undiscovered Items
This warranty is void in the following circumstances and does not apply to damage caused by any of the following circumstances:
• Improper assembly or installation: The warranty does not cover damage or problems caused by improper assembly or installation of the product. We strongly recommend that you follow the assembly instructions included with the product or seek the help of a professional to ensure proper installation.
• Collision, neglect, improper repair or misuse: Damage caused by collision, neglect, improper repair or any form of abnormal, excessive or improper use is not covered by the warranty.
• Corrosion: The warranty does not cover damage caused by corrosion. Regular maintenance and care of the product will help prevent corrosion and ensure the longevity of the product.
• Improper modification or installation of components: Any damage caused by improper modification or installation of components, parts or accessories that were not originally intended or compatible with the product is not covered by the warranty.
• Failure to perform maintenance as instructed: To keep the product in optimal condition, regular maintenance and care must be performed at appropriate intervals in accordance with the written instructions included with the product. Otherwise, the warranty will be void.

Wear and Tear
We want to make sure you fully understand what is covered under our warranty. Wear and tear is a natural and common occurrence with everyday use of bicycles. Please note that wear and tear parts are not covered under this warranty. Such parts will normally wear out over time and may require periodic replacement and maintenance to maintain optimal performance.
Definition of Wear and Tear: Wear and tear is the natural and unavoidable damage that occurs with normal riding and daily exposure to the elements. Even with proper care, some parts will gradually wear out and may need to be replaced.
Examples of Wear and Tear Items: The following is a non-exhaustive list of typical wear and tear items that are not covered under this warranty:
• Bearings
• Brake Pads
• Chains
• Freehub Body
• Rubber Moving Parts
• Shifter and Brake Cables and Housings
• Spokes
• Sprockets
• Stripped Wires/Bolts
• Tools
• Tires
• Forks
• Drive Gears
Paint and Graphics: In addition, please note that scratches and other potential damage to your bicycle’s paint or graphics caused by normal use and exposure to the elements is considered wear and tear and is not covered under this warranty.
Minor squeaks and noises: Over time, your bike may develop minor squeaks or other noises while riding. This is common and usually indicates that regular maintenance is needed, which is considered part of wear and tear.
Maintaining optimal performance: To ensure the life and optimal performance of your bike, we recommend regular inspection, maintenance, and replacement of worn parts as needed.
Warranty Process Start
The first step is to contact the Customer Experience Team or a Seemoon authorized retailer (depending on the original purchase location). Your retailer or representative will inspect the product and contact you to find out the next steps. Shipping Damage Insurance
We understand the importance of ensuring that your product arrives safe and sound, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no damage during all shipping processes, and we will replace any bicycle parts damaged during shipping free of charge.
Shipping Damage Replacement Process: If your product is unfortunately damaged during shipping, we provide a convenient replacement process. To receive a free replacement, please follow these steps:
1. Notify Seemoon of Damage: If the product is damaged during shipping, please notify Seemoon within fifteen (15) days of receiving the product. Prompt notification is essential to expedite resolution.
2. Provide Pictures and/or Videos: Please promptly provide PUJH with dated pictures and/or videos of the damaged product. These documents will help us assess the extent of the damage.
3. Return Original Packaging and Documentation: Please retain and return all original packaging and documentation that came with the product. This will help you complete the replacement process smoothly.
4. Inspect the product immediately: Upon receipt, please inspect the product immediately to confirm whether there was any damage during shipping. Prompt inspection is essential to accurately assess shipping damage.
5. Note the damage on the bill of lading: If you notice any immediately identifiable damage to the product upon delivery, please clearly note such damage on the shipper's bill of lading before signing for the goods.
Non-Seemoon Shipping Methods: If you choose to use your own independent shipping methods, such as a freight forwarder or similar service, please be aware that Seemoon will not be responsible for replacing any products damaged during these shipping methods.

Implied Warranty Disclaimer
This is Seemoon's complete statement of product warranty. No representations made by any other person shall create any warranty for the product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seemoon's liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price, and in no event shall Seemoon be liable for incidental or consequential damages or losses. This limitation does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by Seemoon's negligence.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Seemoon hereby disclaims all implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose during the period of this express limited warranty.
Some states, provinces or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. If a court of competent jurisdiction holds that a provision of this warranty is inapplicable, all other provisions remain in full force and effect.
