How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the United States.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on eligible e-bike orders within the continental U.S.
Where do you ship from?
Most orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouses to ensure faster and more reliable delivery.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for unused and undamaged products within the return period stated in our policy.

Can I cancel or change my order?
- If your order has not shipped, you can cancel or modify it at no charge.
- After your order has shipped, you can still cancel it, but a 10% handling fee and a $150 return shipping cost will apply.
- Once shipped, modifications cannot be made.
How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
You can also track your shipment anytime on our Track My Order page.
My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours after shipment.
If there is no update after 3 business days, please contact us.
I didn’t receive my order confirmation email.
Please check your spam or junk folder first.
If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll resend it.

No. Our e-bikes arrive mostly assembled.
You’ll need to complete a few simple steps such as installing the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars.
What should I do before my first ride?
Before riding, make sure to:
- Fully charge the battery
- Check tire pressure
- Tighten all bolts
- Review the user manual for safety instructions
Are Seemoon e-bikes suitable for beginners?
Yes. Seemoon e-bikes are designed to be easy to ride, even for first-time riders.

How far can I ride on a single charge?
Most Seemoon electric bikes offer a riding range of approximately 30–105 miles per charge, depending on the model and riding conditions.
Actual range varies based on assist level, terrain, rider weight, speed, and battery capacity.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
A full charge typically takes 8–11 hours, depending on the model, battery capacity, and remaining power level.
Can I remove the battery?
Yes. Seemoon electric bikes are designed with a removable battery, allowing you to charge it on or off the bike for convenience.
How should I store the battery?
Store the battery in a cool, dry place and avoid extreme temperatures.
For long-term storage, we recommend keeping the battery at a partial charge level, as specified in the user manual.
