Typically 2–7 business days to the 48 contiguous United States via FedEx/UPS/DHL.

*Note: Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery may take longer during pre-order periods or extreme weather conditions.

Order Processing & Tracking

Processing Time: Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website will be sent to your email.
Signature Required: To ensure the safe arrival of your e-bike, an adult signature is mandatory upon delivery.
Shipping Changes: Once a package is in transit, we cannot change the shipping address. Please double-check your details at checkout.
