General Shipping Information
✔ Free shipping for all electric bicycles.
✔ Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse within 1–2 business days (unless pre-order).
✔ Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days depending on location.
✔ Taxes and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility.
✔ Accessories and parts are excluded from free shipping.

Order Processing Time
✔ Orders typically process within 1–2 business days.
✔ Tracking updates may take additional time depending on local couriers.
✔ Orders are not processed on weekends.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-ordered bikes ship based on the estimated delivery schedule shown on the product page. In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once delivered, the order cannot be canceled. Please refer to our return policy for returns or exchanges.
Delivery & Signature Requirement
Due to the high value of e-bikes and lithium battery shipping regulations, signature confirmation is required. The carrier may collect:
- Physical signature, OR
- Visual confirmation from the recipient
