What this warranty covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in new electric bicycles purchased from Seemoon (official store or authorised resellers). We aim to repair or replace defective parts quickly to minimise your downtime. Where repairs are not covered, we will provide paid support and replacement parts where possible.

Shipping & transport

Parts damaged in transit must be reported within 15 days. We will replace transit-damaged parts at no cost.

Exclusions & Conditions that Void Warranty

  • Normal wear & tear / consumable parts (chains, tires, brake pads, spokes, cables, grips, inner tubes, etc.).
  • Damage due to accidents, neglect, improper storage, or misuse.
  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair by non-authorized technicians.
  • Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures (above 100°F / below 0°F for extended periods), flooding, or submersion.
  • Cosmetic damage such as minor scratches, scuffs or paint defects caused during transit (small transport scratches excluded — major transport damage must be reported within 15 days).
  • Repairs or parts fitted by unauthorised repair shops (these are not covered).
  • Claims without required proof (proof of purchase / warranty card / requested photos or videos).

Lifetime Technical Support

We provide free lifetime technical support to help diagnose issues, advise on repairs, and recommend parts. This is available regardless of warranty status — however, parts replacement after the warranty period may incur charges.

  • One-on-one support: A dedicated technician will be assigned to your case when needed.
  • Fast diagnosis: We may request photos/videos to confirm the issue — most warranty parts are processed within 1–10 business days after approval.
  • Documentation: Additional proof may be required for complex cases.

How to claim warranty (Online purchases)

  1. Contact our support team at support@seemoonebike.com or use our Contact page.
  2. Provide clear photos and/or videos showing the defect and a short description (model, order number, purchase date).
  3. Wait for our customer service to validate the claim. Do not return products without prior approval — unauthorised returns may be refused.
  4. If approved, we will arrange replacement parts or repair options; replacement parts will be shipped once the case is approved.
  5. Important: Only one replacement part is provided per defective item during the warranty term unless otherwise agreed.

Note: For purchases from authorised dealers or partner platforms, please contact the dealer/platform first. Dealer-purchased products remain eligible for the same warranty service but must be processed through the seller.

Transit Damage & Returns

If your package shows visible damage at delivery, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. Transit damage must be reported within 15 days to be considered for free replacement.

Warranty parts are shipped via appropriate carriers (UPS / FedEx ) depending on part size; expedited shipping is not guaranteed for warranty parts.

Other terms & legal notes

  • Proof of purchase (order number / receipt) and the warranty card are required for all warranty claims.
  • SEEMOON reserves the right to inspect the product and determine eligibility.
  • SEEMOON’s liability is limited to repair or replacement as described here and shall not exceed the original purchase price, to the extent permitted by law.
  • Local consumer laws may provide additional rights which are not limited by this policy.
