We want you to be completely satisfied with your SEEMOON purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, please review our official Return & Refund Policy below.

Note: This policy applies only to original consumers who purchased from authorized SEEMOON dealers. Second-hand owners or modified units are not eligible for returns or refunds.

15-Day Return & Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your SEEMOON e-bike, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving the product. All returns must be pre-approved via email. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for refunds.

  • Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and a return label.
  • The e-bike must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.If you no longer have the original packaging , please contact us for guidance on secure alternative packaging to ensure the item is not damaged during transit .
  • Please contact our support team to get an RMA number before returning any items . Returns without a pre-approved RMA may be rejected or delayed in processing .
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.

Order Cancellation

After Shipment

A 10% handling fee and $150 return shipping fee apply. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If returning by yourself, SEEMOON is not responsible for damage or loss during transit.

Order Modification

Before Shipment

✔ Free modification — simply email us.

After Shipment

Modifications are not allowed. Changing the delivery address or recipient will incur a $150 fee per e-bike.

Product Returns

SEEMOON offers full support for shipping damage, defective parts, and technical issues. Returns due to non-quality reasons will incur:

  • $150 initial shipping fee (outbound)
  • $150 return shipping fee (inbound)
  • 10% restocking fee

Return Requirements

  • Submitted within 15 days of delivery
  • Bike mileage under 10 miles
  • Bike unused and in original packaging
  • Include battery, charger, keys, and manuals
For minor cosmetic issues caused by shipping , we offer free touch-up kits or partial compensation. For major damage , we will provide a full replacement . Free touch-up service is available.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing times may vary.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Man-made damage
  • Special/custom orders
  • Gift or promotional items

Quality Issues After 15 Days

Returns are not accepted after 15 days, but you may receive:

  • Free replacement parts
  • Partial refund (case-by-case)

Repairs done at local shops require official printed invoices. Handwritten invoices cannot be reimbursed.
