We want you to be completely satisfied with your SEEMOON purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, please review our official Return & Refund Policy below.
15-Day Return & Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your SEEMOON e-bike, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving the product. All returns must be pre-approved via email. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for refunds.
- Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and a return label.
- The e-bike must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.If you no longer have the original packaging , please contact us for guidance on secure alternative packaging to ensure the item is not damaged during transit .
- Please contact our support team to get an RMA number before returning any items . Returns without a pre-approved RMA may be rejected or delayed in processing .
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.

A 10% handling fee and $150 return shipping fee apply. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If returning by yourself, SEEMOON is not responsible for damage or loss during transit.
Order Modification
Before Shipment

After Shipment
Modifications are not allowed. Changing the delivery address or recipient will incur a $150 fee per e-bike.
Product Returns
SEEMOON offers full support for shipping damage, defective parts, and technical issues. Returns due to non-quality reasons will incur:
- $150 initial shipping fee (outbound)
- $150 return shipping fee (inbound)
- 10% restocking fee
Return Requirements
- Submitted within 15 days of delivery
- Bike mileage under 10 miles
- Bike unused and in original packaging
- Include battery, charger, keys, and manuals
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing times may vary.
Non-Refundable Items
- Man-made damage
- Special/custom orders
- Gift or promotional items
Quality Issues After 15 Days
Returns are not accepted after 15 days, but you may receive:
- Free replacement parts
- Partial refund (case-by-case)

Repairs done at local shops require official printed invoices. Handwritten invoices cannot be reimbursed.
