Got this bike in the spring to rehab from knee replacement. Started riding June 1, 2025. October 31, 2025 had 2000+ miles on it. Had one problem. The power cable to the front hub motor was placed in a bad spot from the factory. Wore thru the insulation causing a short. Seemoon didnt just send a power cable replacement, they sent an entire brand new controller with ALL new cables. GREAT customer service. LOVE the bike, would buy again, and would recommend Seemoon for pricing, customer service, and product quality!!!! Lotta bike & power for the price!!!

Very well packaged for the long transport. Most of the bike was already assembled. Very good assembly directions. Rides amazing and it is very quick! Love it, and will be purchasing the same bike for my husband.

I never received the display control for the handlebars. I’m pretty certain that I placed your order and was supposed to be included with all the other things that I did yet any information you can give me or help me out please.

Ordered this bike for my son and it was a pleasure reading all of the reviews and watching some videos on YouTube prior to purchase. We got a nice discount also thank you! The bike arrived in good shape very well packaged, and it was easy for my friend to help me assemble it. We did strip a bolt and it was not the company‘s fault. It was our fault. The company helped us replace the item needed. We would like it if there was a section on the website for buying replacement tires and maybe that is something the company could look into. They were very responsive and quick to help us address our concerns with the bolt. Thank you so much! It is serving well my son uses it a lot for transporting himself to work in a busy city and it’s comfortable and fast and lives up to its reputation.

So far, it's a great bike. You forgot to mention that it has quick change. Brake pads, which is nice and it can reach 46 mph downhill

I’m impressed with the quality and Iove the bike. Possibly sold a few more from people asking about it and if I like it. I told them how to get one.
